Chicken Storage
Cooked chicken can be safely stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. It’s important to store it in an airtight container. If it smells or looks weird, it’s best to toss. Remember, when in doubt, throw it out!

Mexican Chicken Bites
Ingredients
- 3 lb Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning See recipe notes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, and place in a 9" x 13" glass baking dish.
- Add olive oil to chicken and mix with hands until thoroughly mixed.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken temp reads 165°.
- Eat by itself or use as a topping for a taco salad in a taco.
