- Quart bag or medium bowl
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1½ lb Chicken Legs
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- ½ tsp Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Ground Coriander
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add all of the spices, lime juice and oil in a bowl. Mix together.
- Add chicken and coat with marinade. Cover bowl and place in fridge. Let it marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat air fryer to 390° F. Place chicken in single layer in basket, skin side up. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Flip chicken legs half-way through.
